ABOUT ME
I'm Shenuka Corea (also known as Bakamoona); an animator, comic artist and visual storyteller from Colombo, Sri Lanka. Also an enthusiastic D&D player, nature lover and reader of books.
I enjoy telling stories that have a bit of whimsy and find the magic in the everyday. At the same time I do enjoy some speculative world building on an epic scale.
I have worn many hats as an artist in animation, working on storyboards, character and concept art, script writing, sound design and other roles.
I am currently working on my first graphic novel titled 'A Field Guide to Paradise'.
